Intersecting lines dash across the Rotunde floor in a coordinated composition imitating the circulatory lines of breath flow. Dances from Danse En Seine perform arepertoire of rhythmic breathwork. With each breath, faster and deeper, the theymove towards an altered state of consciousness. Guiding their experience, harpist Pauline Amar, pulls the performers to transformative physical and psychological states. The result is a polyphonic and poly-textural score of breath, music, and bodies within space.
